Ladies what kind of man do you want today? Lets look at an example. Colin Powell (black) and Donald Rumsfeld (white) are locked in a power struggle over war and peace. I follow what is going on. The discussions I hear between these two men has nothing to do with color. It has everything to do with how power and influence is applied. I hear women at this time are split over the direction these two men are taking to protect this country and yes them. Powell want a steady cooperative coalition building approach to answer the terrorist threat to this country. Rumsfeld want to use full military retailatory power against the terrorist threat by any means and alone if necessary. Before the strike of sept 11, 01 women were more leaning toward powell than rumsfeld. It has been interesting to hear that because we are in a national crises women want men more than ever for companionship. This is why dating services are raking all time business. I hear the kind of man many women want is a little of both men I described. I wonder if this is true. A strong man and a sensitive thoughtful man all in one package. I heard a lot in my association with black women that they do not need a man. I never heard this from a white woman. What I have heard from white women like my princess is that they want a man who can fulfill all of their needs like being strong, loving and thoughtful. I hope this is still true.
