I like to go casual during the day, like my dark blue jeans and Ive got a hundred little colorful tops with logos on them, and sneakers. On the flipside of that, other times I like to dress very feminine, with 3/4 length skirts and shirts and I wear jewellery that is almost medieval, pink and purlpe or green stones on silver. Unique and beautiful looking jewellery from Asia mostly.

When I go out i usually opt for black pants, high black stilettos and a pretty colorful top. I usually wear my hair back off my face, I have blondish/dark blonde with very slight red and brown highlights-a little like JLo's hair color, wich I will wear high up in a bun, or a ponytail.

I like guys in suits!, like Eve Saint Lauren or Armani..mmm But if casual, I like guys with the tight white singlet and the checkered shirt over top.

I returned long enough to say...I had the real shock this afternoon. It happened at the library while I was researching Jane Jacob's books.

A tall black man (he looked early twenties) with a backpack was studying at a nearby table (I believe he was student at the engineering college a mile away). When I sat down about fifty feet away from his table he did not look up...he was working on something. Later, I left my table for more material (I did not pass him)and he got up and followed me around the library everywhere I went..and it is a huge library. I pretended not to notice him on my trail and I returned to my table...I did not look directly at him.

After a few minutes he came over to me and sat down and started a conversation. He was well spoken, well dressed and he looked directly into my eyes. This young man asked me what I was studying and then he made small talk. Within a matter of minutes he asked me if I would like to have dinner with him.

I was in shock! He was making a move on me. I am more than twice his age. By no means did I want to insult him, or hurt his feelings. I thanked him for his interest in me, but I had to tell him that it was not possible. He was very disappointed...he then told me goodbye and left.

I am not sure what attracted him to me, but I thought to myself as I drove home...that on rare occasions I wish I was young and in my twenties again. Today I experienced one of the moments (sigh).

By the way, I was wearing light charcoal gray slacks with matching cardigan and and a red turtleneck. I wear classic, timeless clothing that has clean lines...mostly earth tones, but with an occasional flash of color for accent. ~ Lily

at work it is the "business atire". and like your wife, i am hispanic and we do dress to kill when we go out on the town. i almost always have my hair up in some way because i have very long thick curly hair and it is just hard to deal with at times. you asked!

I guess I'm bitten by the business suit outfits, because my wife wear those as well. She loves to wear those belted suits, three piece wardrobers, crepe suits and pinstripe vest outfits, because of the kind of work that she does. Occasionally she will wear a long dress as well. She tells me that hispanic women like herself like to dress conservative. When we go out on the town she likes to dress to kill, so to to speak. For me, I'm a casual dresser. However I do like to dress formally when we go to special functions like parties, and on special days for her. ~ Roberto

i like to be COMFORTABLE, bottom line. i work in an office, but we can be very casual. very seldom wear a suit with hose - too uncomfortable! when i go out (usually to a reggae event) i like to wear a long skirt or dress with comfortable shoes (did i say comfortable??)

as far as men's clothing, i like to see a brother in casual clothes, not really turned on by "business attire", but once in a while enjoy seeing a dread in a suit, it's so DIFFERENT!

course i prefer dreads, and when they are dressed in their african attire, whew! love it! also like camo, khakis, loose outfits on men too.
