I have not found that black or white men understand the struggles that women face. No, it is quite the contrary. Mostly it appers that more men are looking out for "Number One". As a matter of fact a women seeking her freedom/autonomy can often clash with a man who is also seeking his freedom/autonomy as well. Wouldn't the ideal relationship dynamic between many oppressed women and men change if they could learn to be INTERDEPENDENT with each other? There is so much competition going on between men and women today (and not just races). What is needed is more ethical cooperation between the sexes and races as well. Togetherness means nothing without cooperation.

Hi! This is my first time posting so bear with me. I have moved around a lot in my life and I have never looked at someone's color in order to decide if I liked them or not. A person is a person right? The normal characteristics ( personality, charm, looks, etc...) are what attracted me to my boyfriend who happens to be black. Thanks for listening.
