Don't be too quick to make a judgement about the stare. I tend to stare also... but not because I dissaprove, but because I want to see how things seem to be going. If anything, I am envious. When I am with a Black man, I just smile at people who make eye contact and my smile is generally returned. For the most part, people approve.
